Crafting with 'Crap' at the 2015 THESA Conference

Friday was the 2015 THESA Conference and my Crafting with 'Crap' workshop. I prepped hand outs, brought samples and packed up my supplies then hit the road. I was stoked!

The conference was at R. C. Palmer Secondary School in Richmond.

I had 12 participants registered. I set up, welcomed them then we got started. I gave a quick intro about me and Thrifty By Design then talked about upcycling, showed sample projects then we got started on my FAV wine cork DIY.

Wine cork earrings and magnets were all the rage with my workshop participants.

Happy crafters!

Big thanks to the THESA Conference for asking me to be involved and to the participants who showed up, upcycled and kicked craft butt.

Next up? The Halloween Crafternoon at the North Vancouver City Library. Oh and then we have Xmas Crafternoons! Yay!
